At Panettone Artisan: Jean-Marie Auboine, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any conditions. Food items cannot be resold once they leave our facility, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality for all customers.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out to our team through our Contact Us page. We are here to help, and will strive to resolve all concerns within 24-48 business hours. Our commitment is to address every issue in a timely and fair manner, ensuring each experience with us meets the 5-star service we aspire to provide.

Quality Guarantee: We are proud of the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, please let us know. We will evaluate each concern on a case-by-case basis and may offer remedies (within reason) to ensure your satisfaction.
Shipping Concerns: Once your order leaves our facility, shipping carriers assume responsibility for its safe and timely delivery. In the event of shipping delays, damage, or loss, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving any issues or concerns with the shipping carrier.
Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they are in production or have shipped. However, if you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Allergen Information: Our products contain wheat, milk and egg; and may also contain or come into contact with other common allergens including: soy, tree nuts, peanuts, etc. Please review our product descriptions carefully. By placing an order, you acknowledge responsibility for ensuring you or the recipient can safely consume our artisan panettone.
Customer Responsibility: Once the order is delivered, maintaining the proper storage and handling of food products becomes the responsibility of the customer. We include care instructions inside each gift, and recommend following these storage and care instructions, to maintain product quality.
